I believe that the only place this would happen would be in the major cities
in the USA, as soon as it hit rural America this would quickly cease.  I'll
tell you why, I have a few acquaintances who served in the Gulf war and they
told me something once that has always stuck with me.  All other countries
in the world fear our nation, not because of our military (all though it is
a mighty one and should be feared), they fear us because of our gun laws.
They believe that every US citizen has and maintains arms, that's why they
would never risk a head on confrontation with us.  This Christian mentality
is one of Faith, Love, and Respect.  But every single born again believer I
know has at least one firearm in their home for hunting or self-defense.  I
believe that if they try to riot in the USA, the Christians would finally
stand up an say enough is enough and rally to protect this nation.  For any
with concerns about what implication this would have upon salvation and
sinning, there is a difference between, killing in self defense and murder,
God sees and knows the difference.  Even if we were forced to do this, there
is a difference between us and the enemy, we would mourn their death and it
would tear us apart that we had to take another life to preserve our own, we
would live with guilt and shame for the rest of our life for what we had to
do.  Our enemy does not view things this way and would rejoice in our death.
And make no mistake the government will not protect you if riots ever happen
here, I wish they would, it would be nice to have a trustworthy Christian
government that had no hidden agendas, I thought we were going to get that
in Bush, but he is just as corrupt as the rest of the politicians.  This
nation has turned it's face from the Lord and we so called Christians have
let it happen, God has removed his umbrella of protection and we are going
to pay the price of disobedience unless we repent as a nation and put this
country back to where it needs to be.
