"Re: Defending the apostle Paul"

Brother Jim,

Again you have written an excellent article in defense of "the faith which was once delivered unto the saints," Jude 3.  Brother, I have been seeing the same thing you have, especially subtily being slipped into the articles appearing on Five Doves.  I have wanted to answer some of these "false teachers," but any "controversial" replys to these critters won't be carried by most of the "Christian" websites.  It appears that "Christianity" today is willing to tolerate anything and anyone that puts on a "religious" front and "controversy" must be avoided at all costs.  No wonder the Lord said that this last day "Laodicean Christianity" makes Him sick; sick enough to vomit it out right into the Tribulation.  Whether some modern day "Christians" like controversy or not, the Word of God still commands God's people to "contend for the faith" and defend "the gospel."  I will do that to the best of my ability until I draw my last breath on earth.
Paul also warned young Timothy about those who had "swerved" from the faith and "turned aside unto vain jangling; Desiring to be teachers of the law; understanding neither what they say, nor whereof they affirm," 1 Timothy 1:6-7.  Brother, we have lived to see this come to pass in a big way.  These last day "judaizers" have no conception of how to "rightly divide the Word of truth," but like bulls in a china shop they just forge ahead anyway with their "damnable heresies," deceived and deceiving.  God have mercy!
"Even so, come, Lord Jesus," Revelation 22:20.
