You know, this message struck a cord in me as well!  At the beginning of November TBN did their normal 3-times a year "Praise-a-thon" to raise donations for the TBN ministry.  Sunday night, the first night of the "Praise-a-thon", I was watching the men gather and pray for Paul Crouch, and a thought came into my mind: "These Praise-a-thons won't go on forever you know......in fact THIS is the Last One."
 
Again, yesterday, when I read the memorial announcement of Adrian Rogers passing away this week.....it hit me, I'm sure I have read a prophecy that "the stars will fall first" before the Lord returns.  Those of us who went through the "Jim and Tammy Baker thing" and then the ......can't even remember the TV preacher's name in New Orleans who confessed to seeing prostitutes.  Anyway, when I heard that prophecy about the "stars falling first" I naturally assumed that it meant that "judgment begins with the house of God".  But yesterday, when I read of Adrian Rogers home-going I wept, and I heard in my head "the stars are falling".  Brother Osteen in Houston, Adrian Rogers......could THIS be what God meant?  The following scripture came to mind:
 
 
Isaiah 57: 1 & 2:  The righteous perisheth, and no man layeth [it] to heart: and merciful men [are] taken away, none considering that the righteous is taken away from the evil [to come]. He shall enter into peace: they shall rest in their beds, [each one] walking [in] his uprightness.
 
These are all signs of the Lord's NEAR Return!
