Hello,

This is my first time writing to your site, and so am not certain how to go
about it.

I am asking for prayer help concerning my little 1 year old grandson.
Yesterday his parents received word that Ethan's cat scan showed that his
brain is smaller than it should be for his age and that is why he has been
slow in developing i.e. walking. There is extra water in his brain filling
the place where his brain should be extending into. The doctors say there is
nothing they can do. Ethan has an 8 year old sister named Kaitlyn who was
diagnosed with CF when she was three years of age. Now, my son has again
received devastating news concerning one of his children. Could you please
ask people strong in faith to pray for Ethan.

To be certain the prayer is not hindered, I will also confide in you
privately that I have the past several weeks been going through a terrible
emotional upheaval because the man I was in relationship with for 16 years
has just dumped me for a woman 20 years younger than us (he being 61 could
be her father). I am not married 'legally' to this man but up until now it
has been a monogamus relationship, and I am reeling with shock from what he
has done. I have repented to the LORD for my being with a man not my
husband, but am afraid my backsliding, sinful behaviour may interfere with
my grandsons healing. Is this possible? Thank you for your time and may the
LORD have mercy on all of us.
