Unfortunately, Prop. 71 endorsing stem cell research propped up by the state of California tax payers money has passed.  WARNING, Gov. Schwarzenegger is on the move in the GOP and is wanting to run in 2008 for president of the U.S.  WATCH closely for an amendment that would let foreign born citizens run for presidential office....by the GOP who control all the branches of government at this time.
