Just FYI, the Pennsylvania State Police have circulated a warning for the upcoming holidays and I thought I should pass it along. Be alert for people standing near you in any checkout lines at shops, restaurants, grocery stores, etc who have a cell phone out near you, in their hand but not actually speaking into it. With the tremendous influx of cell phones with cameras nowadays, it is very easy for them to take a picture of your credit card, which gives them your name, number, and expiration date. One of the major news agencies recently reported that this form of identification theft is one of the fastest growing scams today. Always be aware of your surroundings.
