BAGHDAD, Nov 8 (Reuters) - Iraqi interim Prime Minister Iyad Allawi said on Monday he had given U.S. and Iraqi forces the go-ahead to clear the rebel-held city of Falluja of "terrorists".
"I gave my authority to the multinational forces, Iraqi forces. We are determined to clean Falluja from the terrorists."
