Tuesday, 11/9/04 is the 314th day of the year, 7 days after our national election with 52 days remaining in 2004.
 
11/9 judgement/ finality vs. 9/11 finality/judgement.
 
Tuesday is always our "election" day, or day of the "elected."  7 is the perfect number.
 
I have absolutely no training in numeric interpretation other than  spiritual significance I have learned.  I just thought the associations of 314, 11/9/04, 7 days after the election was kind of interesting.
