I read Hosea this morning and it appears we are falling into the same trap the Israili's did. Inspite of God's many wanings they stubbornly went on there way which brought about disaster.
 
There are 2 big things that have made me realize how this closely resembles what is happening in America today.
 
Fist we have Bin Laden releasing a statement a few days before the election stating that we should not vote for Bush. This seems to have had little effect on the polls. It is as if people think he is incapable of doing anything to us again and also that he will keep his word not to attack us again even if his wishes are met.
 
Then there is the warning from the Vietnam Vets who were tortured more severly because of Kerry's anti war activities and wild accusations while he was still in uniform. This man collaborated with the Communist orchestrated anti war movement that swept America during the Viet Nam war.
 
The Left has succesfuly dulled the minds of a large portion of this country. They encourage the masses to not heed the warnings, just like the Israili's who also ignored God. The result was disasterous.
 
This is begining to look like the dream Mary had of a turn to the left and a great Iraqi disaster.
 
This should not be a close election because of the above warnings. However we have been blinded by a group of folks who do not hide their hostility towards God.
