Jerry Golden's report certainly answers the question as to where the dirt in Jerusalem came from that they tranported to the Ramallah Compound to bury Yasser Arafat in.  According to his report, "they took dirt carried out of Solomon's Stables on the Temple Mount that was dumped in the Kidron Valley."
