Middle East peace as a "TRIBUTE to Arafat"!!
 
  {um, try hard not to gag everybody! -- the guy was a murderer, but now, no doubt, he's going to be treated like a saint!}
 
  Here's what Jack Straw (Tony Blair's "RIGHT HAND MAN" is saying)  Straw, who will represent Britain at Arafat's funeral in Cairo on Friday, said the "best tribute" to the Palestinian leader would be greater international efforts to secure Middle East peace.

"President Arafat was such a towering figure in the Middle East that it is hard to imagine the occupied territories, Palestinian politics, Middle East politics and much of world affairs without him," Straw said at Downing Street.

"The legacy that he leaves is a commitment by the whole of the international community of a viable and separate state of Palestine working alongside, living alongside a safe and secure state of Israel."

Straw, who was due to fly off to Cairo later Thursday, said the world must work to implement the international "roadmap" for Middle East peace, involving co-existing Palestinian and Israeli states.

The best way to remember Arafat "is to work even harder for the implementation of that vision so desperately needed for the people of the occupied territories of Palestine, for the people of Israel and for the whole of the Middle East, and for the whole of international peace and security," he said.
