When you get frozen yogurt or ice cream out of the freezer to have some put the container, lid off, in the microwave on high for 20 seconds before you scoop. This loosens it up just enough to make it easier to scoop. It’s faster than having to leave it out for several minutes too soften and maybe get distracted and it gets too melted.
