"RE:  Frank R Molver--your post, "Re Golden cup, who has the abominable cup, who is Babylon""

Hello, John and Doves,

It is a terrible thing to say, but I think you may be right, brother.
I bet you feel a little like the weeping prophet, Jeremiah.

In HaShem,

"Re Golden cup, who has the abominable cup, who is Babylon?"

This is another area of disagreement.
The golden cup of abominations from whom the whole world was once blessed.

I believe it is the US, the Statue of Liberty was suppose to have her holding a cup

The US blessed the whole world last century during all the many crisis that occurred, we saved the day.

We then turned to abominations that made the whole world drink

Who has the Antichrist as it's leader?

Was the whole world blessed by Rome?

The abominations are not only false religious practices but everything else that we are exposed to via the media in which we lead the world.

Jeremiah 6

“Flee from Babylon!

Run for your lives!

Do not be destroyed because of her sins.

It is time for the Lord’s vengeance;

he will pay her what she deserves.

7Babylon was a gold cup in the Lord’s hand;

she made the whole earth drunk.

The nations drank her wine;

therefore they have now gone mad.

8Babylon will suddenly fall and be broken.

Wail over her!
