John's post here:
mentions the famous verse 2 Kings 2:11
"And it came to pass, as they (Elijah and Elisha) still went on, and talked, that, behold, there appeared a chariot of fire, and horses of fire, and parted them both asunder; and Elijah went up by a whirlwind into heaven."

are shown the four verses that have that total of 3164. note they are all in the Old Testament. you can see 2 Kings 2:11 in the list.
I'm focusing on the first verse listed Genesis 41:13
"and it came to pass, as he (Joseph) interpreted (Pharaoh's) to us (the chief Butler and the chief Baker), so it was; me (the Butler) he restored unto mine office, and him (the Baker) he hanged."
this is from the awesome chapter 41 where Joseph is 'resurrected' in a manner of speaking. He is brought up from the prison depths and swiftly made second in Pharaoh's kingdom after he interprets correctly Pharaoh's dream of the seven years of plenty and the seven years of famine.
it's easy to see the theme in the two verses, which is the parting asunder of two parties.
Elijah and Elisha are violently separated by the horses of fire and their chariots.
the Butler and the Baker are separated also, by life and death.
two distinct persons are divided.
this is one of the themes behind the 527 number I've noticed. the splitting down the middle of two entities.
Elijah = Strong's 452h with a strongs value of 46 = 23 x 2
23 is the Bride imho. 23 is a number that represents all things saved out of the sea.
