"WHEN DID "THE TIMES OF THE GENTILES" BEGIN, AND WHEN WILL THEY BE FULFILLED...."
"And Jerusalem will be trampled by Gentiles UNTIL THE TIMES OF THE GENTILES ARE FULFILLED."
If we knew when "the times of the Gentiles" began, and the
circumstances about which they began; we could then better understand
when "the times of the Gentiles are fulfilled", and the circumstances
about which they are fulfilled.
Immediately AFTER the statement in Luke 21:24: "until the times of the
Gentiles are fulfilled"; Luke 21:25-28 then tells us to "look up and
lift up your heads, BECAUSE YOUR REDEMPTION DRAWS NEAR."
This tells us that our redemption comes AFTER "THE TIMES OF THE GENTILES ARE FULFILLED." What are "THE TIMES OF THE GENTILES"?
THE APOSTLE PAUL DESCRIBES THE BEGINNING OF "THE TIMES OF THE GENTILES" in Romans 11:11-32:
"salvation has come to the Gentiles...
"Now if their fall is riches for the world, and their failure riches for the Gentiles....
"For I speak to you Gentiles; inasmuch as I am an apostle to the Gentiles....
"For if their being cast away is the reconciling of the world....
"and you, being a wild Olive tree, were grafted in among them....
"You will say then, Branches were broken off that I might be grafted in...
"but toward you, goodness, if you continue in His goodness. Otherwise you also will be cut off....
"For if you were cut out of the Olive tree which is wild by nature, and were grafted...
"blindness in part has happened to Israel UNTIL THE FULLNESS OF THE GENTILES HAS COME IN."
The 'Church Age' which is the 'Age of Grace' began on Pentecost and
ushered in "the times of the Gentiles". When "the times of the Gentiles
are fulfilled" is when "the fullness of the Gentiles has come in" at
the end of the 'Church Age' ie. the 'Age of Grace', and then is when
the rapture occurs. The "blindness in part" is then removed from
