The Desire of Women

RE: In response to Matt and the Antichrist's Desire of Women.
Matt,
The Bible does not indicate in any place that the antichrist will not desire women, be a homosexual, etc.. In the simple context of Daniel 11:36, the Bible is listing the gods that the evil king does not regard and in fact exalts HIMSELF above every god. The desire OF women, as the context shows, is referring to some idol, especially worshipped by the Syrian women, such as Astarte or Anaitis (idols) SEE H2532 in Strong's or the Blue Letter Bible online. If the Bible were referring to women, it would say the desire FOR women. Instead, it is an object OF the women which is disregarded by the evil king and is listed (gods) among the God of his fathers' and any other god. Instead, he will exalt himself above all gods.
My personal opinion is that the leader in question will exalt himself, secularism (strange –foreign- god as described by Daniel) and the force of world governnment above all gods, including the true God of Israel. Barack Obama meets this standard exceedingly as he has disregarded the promises of God to Israel regarding their occupation of Jerusalem and the Holy Land. Just in the past few days he has asked Netanyahu (Israel's PM) to ratify the two-state solution (dividing the land for gain) as well as fly the UN flag over Jerusalem and the Temple Mount. This mocks God and exalts his own authority over the Words of God. Also, when have you ever heard Barack refute anyone that refers to him as the Messiah? His whole campaign was built around the idea that he was the agent of change, the savior from the evils that beset America and the whole modern world. Barack has governed according to his own will, unopposed.....
Daniel 11: 36-39
And the king shall do according to his will; and he shall exalt himself, and magnify himself above every god, and shall speak marvellous things against the God of gods, and shall prosper till the indignation be accomplished: for that that is determined shall be done.
Neither shall he regard the God of his fathers, nor the desire of women, nor regard any god: for he shall magnify himself above all.
But in his estate shall he honour the God of forces: and a god whom his fathers knew not shall he honour with gold, and silver, and with precious stones, and pleasant things.
Thus shall he do in the most strong holds with a strange god, whom he shall acknowledge and increase with glory: and he shall cause them to rule over many, and shall divide the land for gain.
