Could the rapture occur at anytime through history. Yes. The reason why is that you are looking at this through human reason and not God's. Could God, in one day restore Israel in AD95? If he wanted too, that would be a resounding yes!. If you only apply human reason to your reasoning, then I would agree with you to No to most of your questions. But, when you add God into the equation, than all questions could only be yes. Unless, of course, you think that there is some things that are not possible with God. As Jesus himself stated, "All things are possible with God". So, back to the question of imminence, with God yes, there has never been, nor will there ever be, any prerequisites when he is in the equation.
