I agree with you 100%! That “Soulwinning Script” is based on the scripture:
"If you confess with your mouth the Lord Jesus and believe in your heart that God has raised Him from the dead you will be saved" (Rom 10:9).
However, it is wrong to say the prayer with someone, pat him or her on the back and say: “You are saved see you in Heaven”. That is why the Rodney Howard Browne Ministries (Who developed the script) hands out a mini DVD that has the following videos on it:

However, I do not have the money to hand out DVDs to the hundreds I have lead to The Lord using the above script. I just hand them a business card that leads them to the following two web sites:

Steve, I appreciate your input and it is amazing how many churches leave out part of the equation for salvation:
They were cut to the heart, and said to Peter and the rest of the apostles, 'Brethren, WHAT SHALL WE DO?'
