Spring
& Gardening always remind me of the Great Gardener – Our
Heavenly Father.
I’ve written
on this subject before, for example if it wasn’t for the gardener who
would survive the flowers or the weeds? Thank goodness for
the Gardener’s protection, watering and even though it hurts – pruning…
Today I got
some Pansies and as you know they come in those little plastic green
containers. They are planted in there and grow until someone
(like me) goes to a Nursery and buys them. They have never
known another environment so they don’t know how restricted they
are.
Their roots
grow out the bottom of the container and the longer they’ve been in the
container the more their roots grow out the bottom. Some of
the plants don’t have many roots sticking out the bottom while others
have quite a bit. As a gardener I’m looking for the ones that
haven’t taken “full root” into their little plastic
containers. I know I have a “garden” or flower bed to plant
them in where they are able to flourish.
Our lives are
like that little green plastic container – don’t root yourselves to
heavily here – you never know when our Great Gardener will come to
plant us in
