I believe man does not correctly set up Abib/Nissan 1 because he does not take into account God's preeminent and ordained week and day of the week. I believe God set the week and day of the week ahead of the solar and lunar calendars in during creation week of Genesis one. This is likely throwing us off in attempting to determine the day. If we adjust Abib/Nissan 1 to allow for Passover Preparation day to fall on a day 4 Wednesday as seemingly ordained by God in day 4 of creation, then all the numeric day counts to the events from Passover Preparation to Resurrection to Ascension to Pentecost will fall on their correct day of the week. I believe God is telling us He will follow to perfection these foreshadowed events in Ecclesiastes 1:9, "The thing that hath been, it is that which shall be: and that which is done is that which shall be done: there is no new thing under the sun."If this adjustment is made, then Second Passover then falls on a Friday evening/Saturday Sabbath day, exactly on the 4th Sabbath Omer. It will be a regular 7th day Sabbath and a High Sabbath feast day, i.e. most holy. The changing of the living wise to immortal will take 7 days later and 7 days after that on a Thursday at even tide will be the ascension of the living bride. This will be on the same ascension day as did Jesus ascend. 10 days later on a Pentecost Sunday will be the Holy Spirit outpouring on the left behind. Our calendars depicted Passover on Sunday, 20 April which would have put Abib/Nissan 1 on 7 April. I am not sure in which direction, but I believe the calendars should be pushed back or forward from this date so that Passover would have fallen on 17 April or 23 April (Passover Prep on 16 April or 22 April). This would take us to a 4th Sabbath Omer and Second Passover on 17 May or 24 May (Prep on 16 May or 23 May with the actual Passover that midnight).I can take a look at the timing by doing some reverse planning from the sign of the Fig Tree. The Israelites crossed over Jordan and into the promised land 5 days short of the 41st stripe (anniversary). If I back up 5 days from the start date of this war (sign), I note it falls on 31 May, a Saturday Sabbath. If I back up 2 more weeks to squeeze in the events of a 7 + 7 day rapture, it would take me to 16/17 May and this should be the 4th Sabbath Omer. By looking at the end of the war instead of the start, a case can just as easily be made for 23/24 May.The mind of God is too far ahead of me and I can only say for sure to watch each day all the way up to the next to last day of the sign of the Fig Tree which is 9 June. There is one other way to take a look at the possibilities. Go to Numbers 27:3-7. It divides the life of a person into 3 stages: from birth up to age 20 (tender, a child), from age 20 up to age 60 (40 prime adult years in which we are tested/afflicted, i.e. stripes) and finally from age 60 and above. If we look at the nation Israel and at its birth and life and compare it with the sign of the Fig tree, we can get another view. Israel was born May 14, 1948. The sign of the Fig Tree in which she gained Jerusalem and the disputed territories was June 5-10, 1967. Here Israel was 19 years and 3 weeks old (yet tender). What is important is the relationship to the next stage in life. From the sign of the Fig Tree to Israel's 60th birthday is 40 years, 11 months and about a week. It is about 3 weeks short of the sign of the Fig Tree. Again, that puts us somewhat near the 16/17 May timeframe or 23/24 timeframe. In any event, do not give up until the sign of the Fig Tree has been completed. God has told us we shall not see the 41st stripe.Your friend in Christ,Steve
