Hi doves, I'm a long time Lurker and
just wanted to share what happened to me a bout year ago.
When we all wanted and hoped for
Jesus to return in 2007 some of the doves prayed for a sign. Something
personal... I remember a few of you asking Jesus to wake you up from a sleep at
exactly 2:07 am. Some of you
woke at 2:07 am.. possibly
signifying 2007 being the year...
Well I try not to asked for a
"personal" sign from the Lord because When it does happen over time my mind for
some reason turns it into a coincidence. Satan tries to ruin something good The
Lord did for me. Then I get mad at myself and tell the Lord I don't deserve
it.
Anyway, back to my point. I Thought
about that for a few weeks and decided one night to pray about it. I asked the
Lord If he was willing to wake me up at 2:07 am ...and I would see that as a sign this was the
year of his Rapture.
One problem I forgot about is, if I
did wake up I don't have a clock next to my bed and my wife turns her clock
around because it shines in her face. But it didn't seem hard for the Lord to
solve that problem!
That night I got to bed at about
11:45 pm. A normal time for
me to get in bed. In the middle of my deep sleep I woke up and had to go to the
bath room. At this point I'm not thinking of anything but going back to sleep. I
walk into the bathroom and the fist thing I saw was my wall clock. The time on
it was 2:08 am.
It took me a second but remembered
what I had asked the Lord that night. But it wasn't 2:07 it was 2:08 am. I thought to myself, If I had
a clock next to my bed it would have been 2:07 or it probably took me one
minute to wake up and walk to the bathroom. But that's not what I saw and I
think God would have figured all of that into the equation if He wanted me to
see 2:07. (I was a little disappointed it wasn't 2:07)
So later that week I asked the Lord
if he would tell me that was from Him or if it was a coincidence and if 2008 was
possibly the year.... As SOON as I ended my prayer we had a earthquake.... A
4.8 I believe.
I think that was Him saying " Ya....
that was me!"
