PRYR RQST - My best friend went to be with the Lord this morning. 5/8/08

Her name is Debbie Fenech. She is my best friend and my sister in Christ. She is wise and wonderful and has a sense of humor to match. She posted a few teachings on this board. We met over on Rapture Ready, but after I started coming over here every day, and reading posts, she started too, and we were both soooooo happy to read and discuss teachings almost every day from this site. She was a wise woman, and LOVED to study and discuss the Bible.

She had cancer. She was diagnosed about a week before I was, in 2004, and that is how we met. We were both asking for prayer, and glummed onto each other. Me in California, and she in Michigan.

We talked each other thru chemo and radiation and surgeries. We shared laughter and tears and hopes and dreams for our children and this world. We talked about the Lord and the Rapture all the time, and our pining for it, and Him. We both thought that we both would go in the Rapture together (the fun way we called it) both alive and both leaving all our bits and pieces from surgeries and whatnot behind.

She came out here for a visit almost three years ago and got to dip her feet in the Pacific Ocean, and I'll never forget the simple joy on her face in doing so. In being alive and happy.

She's been through so much, but now it is finished. She went to be with the Lord early this morning. I'm glad that her struggle is done, and that she is having the very best day ever right this moment, and that gets to last forever!
