"The first 3.5 years is the period of the 4 horses. The white horse is the Holy Spirit filled tribulation saints leading a world wide revival. The next 3 horses (red:war, black:famine/rationing, pale:pestilence/death) are the work of the 10 horns to set the stage so the nations will relent their sovereignty to a global government. Things will be so bad by the end of the pale horse, the nations will listen to a man (antichrist) speaking peaceably. Death and Hell (antichrist and false prophet, the two beasts) come to power at the end of the 4th seal, following the 4th horse (Rev 6:8)...in the fall of 2011. It is because of the success of the white horse that the antichrist establishes the mark of the beast."

I have never heard the first white horse rider referred to as the trib saints going forth to spread a revival. The trib saints are going to be doing their evangelizing, for the most part, during a time they will be hiding from the antichrist and running for their lives. Course, we know that many will be caught and give their lives for the Word of God. As for the white horse rider - it says that "death and hell" follow HIM. I have always believed that this white horse rider is the Man of Sin - he comes with a BOW but no arrows - we are told he comes speaking peace and destroys many through PEACE. Just a thought....
