There is one thing to consider in all this news hype about the cult out in Texas where young girls 12-16 were forced into marrying older men. The news is reporting that there are many such isolated cults and "sects" as they call them. They now have a Lord of Our Righteousness Church in Mexico --- calling this church an "apocalyptic" church. Their leader, Wayne Bent, is considered their Messiah and he even calls himself the Messiah and the news media is in a frenzy about this new sect. Now they are saying that the members were talking of a mass suicide. This man also believed the world would end last year. One girl on the news said, "there are a lot of Messiahs out there apparently." She acted very SURPRISED at this. But she wouldn't have been - if she were a Bible reader --- Duh - well - YES there are - isn't that exactly what Jesus said? That there would be MANY false prophets and messiahs. Don't believe them! Don't be deceived! If they say - he is in the desert, go not out - if they say, he is in the secret place, don't go! He said "go not after them!" (see Matt 24:5, Mark 13:6 and Luke 21:8). We can't say we haven't been warned, can we?! Jesus said MANY would be deceived. Do you know what MANY is? Jesus tells us what "MANY" is in Matthew 7:13-14:

"Enter ye in at the strait gate: for wide is the gate, and broad is the way, that leadeth to destruction, and many there be which go in thereat: Because strait is the gate, and narrow is the way, which leadeth unto life, and few there be that find it." Folks --This isn't hundreds of people, or thousands. Down through the centuries, this is MILLIONS and MILLIONS of people!

However, we must remember too that John Paul II called Evangelicals "sects" - anyone recall this? I DO. This means if you don't belong to the RECOGNIZED religion, you are a sect - and if you don't believe this - then READ what just happened in the Soviet Union where Putin has declared the only STATE recognized religion will be the ORTHODOX Church. You DO know that the Orthodox Church is the EASTERN branch of the Roman Catholic church, don't you? You do know, don't you, that this means the true evangelical Christians are again being ostracized and will face great persecution in the days ahead in the old USSR, just as they did under the Kremlin!? The doors of freedom-of-religion in the old Soviet Union are about to close (again!) They are also about to close in the U.S. There will be no freedom-of-religion during the great tribulation folks.

Here is what is important to "view" when you see all the press hype about these cults. If God has given you a discerning heart - then use it! Sure - they are dead-wrong out there in Texas and the group in Mexico -- So was Jim Jones and we see where they landed. (David Koresh and his group were said to be a cult and were not part of the "recognized" church, so Janet Reno had them all burned to the ground, but that's another story.) However, one thing the news media has a tendency to do is to LUMP ALL evangelicals who truly believe in the inspired Word of God and the return of Jesus in with these radical cults and sects that are on the fringe of society! Have you noticed that yet? If you haven't, then you need to pay attention! It will affect you in the days to come.

Where is all this heading? I can tell you exactly where it is heading. They are going to end up making it against the law for believers (any type of believers - Evangelical or otherwise) to congregate in GROUPS ---unless you are PART of the RECOGNIZED Church! If you are part of the RECOGNIZED Church, then it will be LEGAL for you to congregate in groups. This LAW will be in force during the Tribulation and it is eventually going to end up making it against the LAW for left-behind Christians to congregate in groups!

WHAT or who is the recognized church? Well, we know the moslems are "recognized" in the U.S. ---Bush said they worship the same God we do (which isn't true) and he said they have a peaceful religion (also not true). AND, he just personally met AT THE AIRPORT (highly unusual!), the leader of the largest RECOGNIZED church in the world - Benedict XVI. If you are not a member of one of these "recognized" religions, you will soon be committing a felony if you congregate in any other group for religious purposes! You won't be able to defend yourself either, with the tribulation in full swing (and perhaps even before then) because a mass panic will be brought about in this nation (it could be from the rapture, it could be a market collapse, or a natural disaster) that will give the government full and complete power to declare martial law - meaning they will have the power to confiscate your property and your weapons (if you have any) and you will not have ONE word legally to say about it. And if you are NOT a member of a "recognized" religion, they will consider you an illegal "sect" or "cult" and ship you off (for "safe holding" of course - to keep you from harming YOURSELF (suicide?) or influencing OTHERS! All in the name of Homeland Security - of course.

These "recognized" religions will soon MERGE and hold hands. They will kick Jesus off the throne, put their contrived goddess (the one they call "Mary" that we know is not the Mary of scripture, but the Queen of Heaven from Jeremiah) there and throw out the scriptures that point out all their errors. (They have already removed the 2nd commandment regarding idols from their Bibles and made two commandments out of #10 to cover up their act). You do know this, don't you?

They go around carrying crosses with a dead Jesus still hanging on them! WHY? Ever wonder about that? Ever see their leader hauling around his little crucifix with Jesus still hanging from it? Jesus isn't dead - he ROSE from the dead, folks! Well, this works fine for the muslims who don't believe Jesus died for our sins, was buried, and rose again anyway. And --they are making a lot of moolah on their little (and big) idols! Paul the apostle knew all about this. They tried to kill him when he threatened the monetary income of the ones who were making idols of Diana of the Ephesians. They wanted him dead because he was not a member of the RECOGNIZED religion. The craftsmen were churning out little idols of Diana of the Ephesians by the thousands -- and Paul had enough discernment to know that Diana of the Ephesians was just the Queen of Heaven popping up and enjoying one of her other many titles. Isn't it a shame that more self-proclaimed Christians can't tell that this "Queen" goddess-mother-child worship never went away? They don't have the insight that Paul had, that's for sure. She is still very active in the religious scene today, deceiving millions...

The muslims do not believe in Jesus as SON of God, but they do believe in him as Son of Mary. Check it out in the Koran for yourself, don't take my word for it! They NEVER call Jesus the Son of God, they ALWAYS call him the Son of Mary. They don't believe he is divine or that he died and rose from the dead. Just ask any one of them - they will TELL you! They will tell you outright that God has no son! With Jesus out of the way - they will be in perfect harmony with all their other beliefs regarding their prayer beads, "Mary" as worthy of worship, going on pilgrimages (e.g. Fatima or Mecca, or Guadalupe or Medina) as part of their means of salvation, a means of WORKS to get to heaven, but uncertainty about actually "making it" to heaven. I mean - LOOK at all that they will have in common with Jesus out of the picture. And why do they need Jesus anyway with the ability to go through "Mary"? Doesn't she always hear the prayers of her Son? If you don't believe it, just ask the Lady of the Nations and she will tell you that the way to her son is through her. She even shows up sometimes holding her "baby." She is after all, the Queen of Heaven. Jeremiah knew all about her. Hmmmm...there really is nothing NEW under the sun, is there? Do you know that none of the manifestations (that is a better word for them) of "Mary" are ever tested by the spirits as the Bible commands the visionaries to do? I have actually had people tell me that they think some of the appearances are genuine and some are not. Here is what you can tell them:

1. Name me one - just ONE-- where the apparition drew MORE attention to Jesus than to herself. Even in the Lady of the Nations, where she said to read the Bible and be united to Jesus, she THEN told them to declare HER as the co-redemptrix making her co-responsible for the great act of redemption with Jesus. A little bit of truth added to a BIG lie, folks. Sorry, but there is only ONE mediator between God and man, the MAN Christ Jesus (I Timothy 2:5) - not the goddess, not the Queen of Heaven. She said this declaration of her being Co-Redemptrix will be the LAST DOGMA of the Church and until it happens, she can't fully do her work in the world of ushering in peace. This "dogma" will be declared and it will happen soon, you can count on it! WHO are you going to put your faith in? This apparition that calls herself "Mary," or the Lord Jesus Christ as revealed in the New Testament?

2. I actually had one person tell me that they believe that SOME of the apparitions are real and that they would be afraid to call Jesus' mother "Satan" or "evil," and that his mother is close to him and he loves her dearly." I have already said that this being isn't the "Mary" of the Bible and yes, Jesus, certainly loves and does love his mother --- So do I. I have a great love and respect for Mary, and would never call his mother any of those things, but I will not worship her, and neither would Jesus --- and I do not believe Jesus is sending the Mary of the Bible to "warn the world" in these last days. This manifestation is not from God and it isn't the Mary of the Bible! Either you believe what he said in his word, or you believe the manifestations - you can't have it BOTH ways, because the manifestations CONTRADICT the Word of God. In Isa. 42:6, It is God himself who said,

"I am the Lord: that is my name: and my glory will I not give to another, neither my praise to graven images." If you don't think God was really serious about bowing down to graven images, then go to II Kings 22 and read about the life of Josiah, who was only eight-years-old when he began to reign in Israel. Idols are just as much an abomination to God today as they were then - he does not change! If some "angel of light" comes to you and tells you to put their image in places where they can be honored, we are not to pay them any heed, and this is EXACTLY what this manifestation is telling people. The lowly, obedient Jewish virgin Mary would be appalled at the way people are giving heed to seducing spirits and trying to elevate her. She would tell you exactly what I am telling you, and you know it! We also know from scripture that she was not a perpetual virgin. She had children AFTER Jesus. We are even given the names of FOUR of his brothers in the New Testament and told he had sisters (Matthew 6:3 and Matt 13:56).

3. This same person also told me that since the pharisees and sadduces told Jesus he was the devil and blasphemed him, telling people that this apparition is of the devil is the same thing. Wow - and this reasoning is RATIONALE -??? Nothing could be further from the truth. First of all, Jesus told the religious leaders of his day that they were children of the devil. Jesus had TWO major opportunities to exalt Mary in the New Testament and would not do so! He knew about the mother-child cult, because it was already prevalent and had been since the days of the foundation of Babylon.

Here is the first example: Matthew 12:46-50: "While he yet talked to the people, behold, his mother and his brethren stood without, desiring to speak with him. Then one said unto him, Behold, thy mother and thy brethren stand without, desiring to speak with thee. But he answered and said unto him that told him, Who is my mother? and who are my brethren? And he stretched forth his hand toward his disciples, and said, Behold my mother and my brethren! For whosoever shall do the will of my Father which is in heaven, the same is my brother, and sister, and mother." Do you see what he did there? He put his followers on the SAME LEVEL as his mother and his brothers and sisters. He wanted to make sure people did not end up worshipping his relatives! Don't take my word for it - be a BEREAN - READ it for yourself - check it out!

And it came to pass, as he spake these things, a certain woman of the company lifted up her voice, and said unto him, Blessed is the womb that bare thee, and the paps which thou hast sucked. But he said, Yea rather, blessed are they that hear the word of God, and keep it. (Luke 11:27-28). Do you realize what happened here? A woman came along and was already trying to EXALT Mary, yet Jesus, having every chance to AGREE with her, instead exalted the WORD OF GOD! It is the Word of God, folks, that you need to pay heed to, not the doctrines of apparitions and manifestations that say things contrary to the Word of God. When Jesus returns in Rev. 19 he is called the WORD OF GOD! Also see the gospel of John, first chapter.

4. This same person told me that "surely Satan would never tell someone to repent and turn back to the Lord," as this manifestation said to one of the visionaries. Really? He wouldn't? When has Satan NOT mixed a little bit of truth with a lie to deceive. He even did that to Eve. He told her that God said she couldn't eat the fruit or touch it. God NEVER told Eve she could not touch the fruit - just that she could not EAT it. But Satan always gets more victims by mixing his lies with a little truth to make them more palatable.

Did you know that in the Koran, Jesus is presented as a good person? He is referred to by the muslims as the Son of Mary. The Koran also says that Jesus will return at the end of the world. These are true statements, but does that make the Koran the Word of God? Does it mean the whole Koran is reliable? Well, not if you are a Christian and believe the Bible to be the inspired Word of God!

5. This very same apparition that the above person thinks might be true, also told people that her immaculate heart would triumph and bring peace to the world and that only through devotion to her immaculate heart could the world be saved. Well, any Christian who puts the Word of God above the word of man knows that only Jesus and his blood can save anyone. This same apparition told the visionaries that just as Adam and Eve sold out the world for an apple, her heart merged with Christ's to suffer on the cross so that SHE was one with him when he died and thus, SHE can save people if they turn to her. And I was told that not believing in this apparition could be blasphemous? Wow - do you realize that this apparition has blasphemed the Word of God not once but HUNDREDS of times in different apparitions and there is NOT ONE single apparition where this has not happened!

6. This same person told me that "WORDS ARE LIKE A TWO EDGED SWORD, THEY CAN BRING LIFE AND LIBERTY OR THEY CAN KILL AND DESTROY." This is actually what the Word of God is - it is a TWO-EDGED sword (Heb. 4:12) and it is to be our GUIDE - it is a LAMP to our feet and a LIGHT to our path! (Ps 119:05) When we STRAY from the Word of God, then we are setting ourselves up for a grand deception! See Ps 119:160 also.

7. When I told this person that Satan can appear as an "angel of light" to deceive, here was their answer to me -- "Yes, an angel of light can appear and could come from the evil one. Yet if we command that the angel not speak unless he comes in the name of Jesus, and put him under the blood of Jesus, he will surely flee."

UH - just ONE LITTLE problem with this argument. NO ONE - not ONE single visionary ever tests these manifestations. If you can give me one (JUST ONE) example where one of the visionaries ever told the Queen of Heaven, or the Lady of the Nations or the Immaculate Conception, or the Lady of Guadalupe, or the Lady of Medjagorje -- or ANY ONE of the manifestations to "Not speak unless he comes in the name of Jesus, and put him under the blood," PLEASE let us know - I have read several books and reports on these visionaries - it hasn't happened yet! You name it - Medjugorje, Guadalupe, Lourdes, Knock, Georgia, take your pick! Where is ONE visionary that ever tested the spirits? Give me ONE, just one of them that ever pleaded the blood over these manifestations. Wow, people really are gullible, aren't they!

8. This person also told me that "we should pray for discernment in ALL things, but we must be careful what we call evil too. We dare never call Jesus evil or filled with the devil." Yet, this person, by their own admission has no discernment when it comes to these manifestations and trusts that some have to be genuine just because one or two words were truthful in a bucket of lies. In pointing out this - I never at one time ever called Jesus "evil" - I uplifted Jesus and his holy Word as supreme. But this is how cults operate.

9. Their last comment to me was, "So let us not follow the crowds. Let us take everything to God, and pray for discernment." I have prayed for discernment and I trust in God's word and have pointed it out here and in many other places. The LAST thing I am doing is "following the crowds", yet this is exactly what this person is doing in believing these manifestations - they are "following the crowd," and refusing to use discernment and test the spirits. They are following millions who are being deceived by falling down and worshipping man-made IDOLS! Folks, is this amazing, or what?

What does this boil down to during the Tribulation? Well, in a nutshell, you will have to be a member of a "recognized" religion. They'll have a way to TEST you. A litmus test ---You either bow down to the IMAGE of THEIR recognized religion, take it's mark ---or you won't - you either pass the "test" or you don't. And if you don't - OFF WITH YOUR HEAD. Uh-huh - it's right around the corner, folks.
