 This is an exciting find.  The exact Strongs word used of Ruth she arose is used of Esther. 

And she lay at his feet until the morning: and she rose up 06965 before one could know another. And he said, Let it not be known that a woman came into the floor. Rth 3:14

 

Then the king held out the golden sceptre toward Esther. So Esther arose 06965 , and stood before the king.  Est8:4

Praise God, after she arose, she was standing before the King.
