NAYEF = EXCESS, SURPLUS

BIN = SON OF

ABDUL = THE SERVANT OF

AZIZ = THE POWERFUL

AL-SAUD = FAMILY SAUD

So in it's full sentence structure we have Excess surplus son of the servant of the powerful family Saud.
