"Indescribable!"
Dear friends:
Recently, a dear Australian couple sent me two DVDs which
are the most awesome I have ever seen. They are both by Louie Giglio and are
titled:
1. "Indescribable."
2. "How Great is Our God."
With
wonderful color photos on a large screen, they show the greatness of God in the
expanse of the universe, and also in the smallness of our body's cell
structure. What he shares is mind-boggling. You will never be the same. You
can see samples on YouTube, but the small screen does not do them justice. I
recommend the DVDs, which you can get at http://www.amazon.com/s/ref=nb_ss_gw?url=search-alias%3Ddvd&field-keywords=Louie+Giglio&x=0&y=0
For
example, Louie describes a protein molecule that is literally the glue that
holds our bodies together. It is called Laminin. Guess what? It is
literally shaped like a cross! See http://images.google.com/images?gbv=2&hl=en&q=laminin+&btnG=Search+Images
This
is especially astonishing when you remember what God says about Christ, "He
(Christ) is before all things, and in him all things hold
together" (Colossians 1:17.)
Louie also shows a deep space
photo of a black hole in which there is a cross. At the far edges of the
universe, about as far as we can see, is the Whirlpool
Galaxy (M51). It’s 23 million light years away. Here’s a photo from the
Hubble telescope (this is actually what is seen inside the core of the
galaxy):
So there is a cross in deep space, a cross in everyone of our 75-100
trillion cells, and a cross at the center of history! It is all so
soul-stirring.
Bless yourself, jump-start your faith, and get the DVDs,
or at least one!
