I was new in the Lord when I first attended an Assembly of God church in 1978. Everyone was singing beautifully. Going to church was all new to me, so I only listened when everyone sang, however during the worship I heard Angels singing! I looked around at the people who were singing, but they did not sound at all like the angelic singing I heard from up above. I thought, either I’m hearing Angels singing or the choir sounds like Angles. However, the angelic voices singing were coming from the ceiling or roof of the large church. I looked upward to see where this beautiful music was coming from, maybe from the second floor of the church. Only thing, there was no second floor and the choir was standing in front of the congregation on the platform. It couldn’t possibly have been the chior. I was baffled but somehow knew in my spirit that what I heard were definitely Angels. (I had never heard this same Angelic singing again in any other service)  Later on during the service, there was an alter call which I had responded to seeking to be Baptized in the Holy Ghost. A group of people who responded to this alter call were led to a prayer room so the ministry team could pray for them. The pastor prayed for me to receive the Holy Ghost with the evidence of speaking in other tongues but I was somewhat scared so I kneeled down to pray. While I was leaning on a chair with my head bowed, I heard a Rushing Wind! I looked around to see what had happened because it was odd to be hearing the wind inside of a room!!? Maybe there were windows open, but when I looked around  there were no windows in the prayer room  at all (it was a fairly large room, large enough to hold about 100 people) I thought this is weird, I heard the wind but there are no windows. How could that be! I was afraid to tell anyone thinking “their going to think I’m crazy” especially being that I had recently accepted Christ for sure “No One” would believe that first I heard Angels singing and now I’m hearing a rushing wind!!! No way, is anybody going to believe me. I thought; back in 1967 the Priest didn’t believe me that I saw the two Angels along with my grandmother and now this!!! I’m hearing Angels singing and Rushing Wind! How in the world could this be?! This was one day I was never going to forget for the rest of my life.  I was too scared to tell anyone until 1984 when I mentioned it to my friend Karen. I actually was still second guessing myself until Today! when I read the post by Joe A. Burkey and visited the web site about Angels Singing.  I cried when I heard “Angels singing in a Kansas church” They sounded exactly like the Angels I heard at Bethel Church in 1978.  I do not know why this is happening now, except that God is bringing everything back to my remembrance and for that, all I can say is “How do I thank you Lord” I will not question God or even lean on my own understanding. Everything He does is His plan for me.  I know Jesus is coming back soon. Thank you Doves, for reading my post and testimony of Jesus Miracle working power.
