Hello John and Doves,

I've been a lurker for about 11 years - first hearing of Five Doves through Marilyn Agee in 1997.  I continue to watch and wait for the glorious appearance of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.  Over the years I've read many fascinating stories about visions, dreams, signs, etc but really have never experienced anything for myself.  Just this morning - May 27th 2008 I was praying in my normal parking spot in front of my local gym here in Chapin SC.   As it is my custom, I get to the gym about 45 minutes before my training time.  I park in the same spot and use that time by myself to pray and read the scriptures.   This morning, as I was praying, I asked God for a sign or some kind of confirmation of the rapture this year.  I prayed very directly for a sign and was expecting something to show up in front of me.  So after praying I looked at my odometer and other things but didn't notice anything unusual.  After a couple of minutes of looking I kind of gave up and resigned myself to simply taking the timing of the rapture on faith.  At the time I gave up is precisely when I noticed something unusual.  There was a dead tree that was cut down about 3 weeks ago.  Somebody cut and stacked the wood in front of the parking area to my gym.   I've seen the wood before during prayer times but never really looked at the pile closely.  Today I was shocked to see the numbers 6 and 2008 clearly visible in the wood.  Hallelujah - the Lord gave me a sign!   I hope this is encouraging to everyone else.

As I said the wood has been stacked for a few weeks and was stacked directly in front of my customary parking spot.  The only thing I noticed before was how hollow the wood appears as it rotted out from the core
