Doves, we’re all just looking through the glass darkly trying to understand. Even after I posted this, I saw fault in it. But I think the Lord is pleased as we push and are diligent to try and understand.

Ya, know during the second Passover that King Hezekiah celebrated he prayed that God would pardon the participants and all that set their heart to seek God because many were not sanctified/cleansed according to the Jewish laws, and God healed them all.

I found this interesting because isn’t that US, the Gentile Bride that hardly has a clue about Jewish celebrations??? When Hezekiah prayed, this looked like a type/shadow of Jesus’ intersession for us, don’t you think? IIChronicles 30:17-20

I hardly know anything about Jewish festivals and traditions that was pretty evident in my last post, but I am seeking God. And I know that the heart is what God is concerned about and I know he will heal me just like He did for the participants that weren’t sanctified according to the law. I think the precious blood of my Lord will take care of the cleansing that is needed for this gentile bride.

Knowing His word, is knowing Him. This is mostly a walk of faith, just knowing that He’s coming and knowing it’s soon is all that matters. . .no need to become disillusioned…

It’s pretty clear there was going to be a wait, for  the word makes it clear that there would be and we should not grow weary in well doing. . . and to WATCH.

I’m watchin! I know it’s soon.

I got excited about Ruth and Boaz though, when I saw that Boaz WAS WORKING during the barley harvest! When you see “MIDNIGHT” that’s just a clue to Passover, every watcher knows this. And when I saw midnight and Boaz working, 2nd Passover just came to mind, and because he was working I thought he may have already celebrated the 1st Passover.

And when I saw that he “acquired his wife” the very next day! I got really excited!

Lag b’ omer is not a major jewish holiday, just found this out. . .it wasn’t even celebrated during Boaz time. BUT, during Boaz time you could still GET MARRIED during the Feast of Harvest or during the count of the Omer, at least I think so, and it wasn’t a time of mourning like it is today— so that means it was more than likely just within a few days. He was in a hurry and so was she.

you’d have to look at the history of Lag B’ Omer to  understand why the jews mourn. This mourning time was commissioned way after Christs’ resurrection.

BE BLESSED! JESUS IS COMING SOON!!!!!

PRAISE THE LORD!
