Dear Doves,SCRIPTURE TELLS US HOW TO KEEP A RAPTURE WATCH VIGILLuke 12:37-38"It will be GOOD FOR THOSE SERVANTS whose Master FINDS THEM WATCHING WHEN HE COMES.---. It will be GOOD FOR THOSE SERVANTS whose Master FINDS THEM READY, even IF HE COMES IN THE SECOND OR THIRD WATCH OF THE NIGHT".Remember the 'Parable of the Ten Virgins'. Five of them had the 'Door' shut them out because they were not 'ready' and 'watchful'. In the case of the Ten Virgins the Bridegroom came at 'midnight' and surprised them all. There are four (three -hour) watches each night: the First Watch begins at 6:00 pm, the Second Watch begins at 9:00 pm, the Third Watch begins at 12:00 midnight, and the Fourth Watch begins at 3:00 am and ends at 6:00 am the next morning. The four watches of the night cover the twelve-hour period from 6:00 pm one day - across midnight - and ends at 6:00 am the next morning. There is no way to know the 'Day nor Hour' He comes, so keep all four watches. I would advise adjusting your 'watch time' to Jerusalem Time. (not daylight-savings time either) (IDT is Israeli Daylight Time)Mark 13:35-37"THEREFORE KEEP WATCH because you do not know when the Owner of the house will come back - whether in the evening, or at midnight, or when the rooster crows, or at dawn. If He comes suddenly, DO NOT LET HIM FIND YOU SLEEPING. What I say to you, I say to everyone: WATCH!"Come Lord Jesus!Bruce Warner
