"Thanks for the great study, Pastor Riley!"

I really appreciate the study presented by Pastor Riley, about Pentecost.
It makes a lot of (biblical) sense that the day that the Holy Spirit was given (in His fullness) would also be the day He is "taken out of the way" (with us, the Church, inseparably linked with Him.)
It is my understanding that Firstfruits is known as "The Feast of Firstfruits", while Pentecost is known as "The Day of Firstfruits." That's interesting.
Thanks also to John for posting Pastor Riley's message daily. I'm sure that it will be a benefit to those who "happen by" on a less-frequent basis, or even to those who may see it after we have been taken.
All praise be to Him Who hath made us to be worthy! "... made the righteousness of God... in Him!" (2 Corinthians 5:21)
"And the Lord direct your hearts into the love of God, and into the patient waiting for Christ." (2 Thessalonians 3:5)
Waiting patiently for Him... with you,
Amy
