"Star Wars & the Rapture"

Star Wars was released

30 years later…

Shavout, 2007 (May 22nd eve, May 23rd 1st day and May 24th, 144th day of the year and May 25th complete).

(A side note:  May 25th is the release of Pirates of the Carribean “At World’s End”)

Star Wars IV, which was the first movie released.  How many 1st time movies do you know that start off with episode IV?  4 is the number of earth (4 directions, seasons, etc.)

Star Wars IV’s title is “A New Hope”

Twins are born Luke Skywalker (consider that name in connection with the Rapture) and Princess Leia.  Consider this in connection with my other message/post regarding Gemini (Gospel of the Stars) and the twins.

Luke is a farmer in the desert who loses everything and follows Obi Won in the Millennium Falcon to fight the empire and in doing so rescues the Princess.

The Millennium Falcon leaves the desert planet by “hitting” lightspeed (twinking of an eye, desert planet and the name of the ship is Millennium)

At the beginning of this movie the Empire has been established for 19 years and has constructed a Death Star, a battle station capable of destroying a planet.

Luke is the son of a Jedi Knight, but does not know it and only becomes aware of his background and abilities under the tutelage of Obi Wan.

Luke lives on a desert planet before leaving for the war.

The 6th movie, Return of the Jedi was also released on May 25th, 1983

Adjusted for inflation it is the second highest grossing movie of all time in the United States , behind "Gone with the Wind".

Lucas drew inspiration from J. R. R. Tolkien's fantasy book The Lord of the Rings, in that Obi-Wan Kenobi is the Wizard Gandalf reincarnate, albeit in differing fashions, and Darth Vader and the Witch-king of Angmar are the chief servants of a higher evil power and dress in black. Luke watches the duel of Obi-Wan and Vader from across a chasm as Frodo witnessed the duel between Gandalf and the Balrog; both feature their respective blue and red melee weapons.

Obi Wan gives his life for Luke’s further progression and the overall purpose of the “ New Hope

Blessings,

Tony
