I am pretty sure it wasn't a shofar sound, more like a trumpet blast.  I waited to hear it again, but only heard it once.
I wasn't able to find a way to hear the sound on your post.  Did I misunderstand?
Holy Spirit, reveal your desire for us, as we hear the sounds in the night that call us to awaken.
 
Praise God for the liberation of your country!   May a million candles light the night in Denmark as you again remember this glorious day.
