I found that apples are effective way to lower cholesterol.
Lowered mine 100 points in about 5 weeks by eating
2 fresh apples - medium size- everyday. Read it somewhere
on the internet and it worked. I also ate tons of french friend
potatoes, fried in 1/2 olive oil and 1/2 sunflower oil. Reason for
that is I heard olive oil would also lower cholesterol and I had
some, so I just mixed it with the sunflower oil. I have told
about a half dozen people and everyone of them have lowered
their cholesterol with apples and olive oil just like I did. I
later learned that plain old Irish potatoes will also help lower
cholesterol. I never took another Lipitor and my cholesterol
is great and by the way, it lowers triglycerides too, if you
don't eat a lot of sweets.
 
A good way to get seeds of fruit, use really good juicer and
pound away on seeds before u put in juicer along with the
fruit. Know of 1 person who has done that, just for the
minerals,etc. in the seed. She had cancer of liver, but all
of her foods were juiced...all raw. Protein was whey pre
digested protein, but not much and the best natural
enzymes she could find to cause her to digest food as
her liver wasn't doing it's job. She is well now. It took
her about 3 months and she read and received healing
scriptures every day. She sent that seed (The Word) right
into her body and just juiced and she did a lot of
praising of God for His goodness. She prayed over all
the foods she bought to juice and swears that the
Spirit let her know what to buy on what days,etc.
I guess the proof of the pudding is in the eating.
 
I have heard that laetrile can be dangerous if too much
is taken, but that was years ago when FDA trying to
stop health food stores from handling it. I really
don't know if it is or not.
