Hello to John and all Doves,

 

This blessed me today, and as I read it I knew that there are those believers right now who have

been attacked in many ways by Satan. I felt like some are enduring hardships in a workplace that

they love and in a job they love and have shown excellence in. I am encouraging you all to continue

as you have been, in prayer and faith in God, not giving up on answered prayer. For all who have had

horrendous attacks of satan thru family and other ways, this short note of encouragement and the

promise of God will give you strength. Know that you are loved and God is working on your behalf

even though at this point, you may not have seen manifestation of it. Hold on to God's unchanaging

hand.

SHAMELESSNESS

In these final days, an increasing number of you are facing two emotions you may never have experienced before: humiliation and shame.

Just as Satan did everything in his power to make the children of Israel feel ashamed of themselves and their God, he is trying every tactic he knows, both directly and indirectly, to topple God's people through humiliation today.

His direct approach may be to launch a straightforward attack on your witness for Christ or your biblical stand. His indirect method, sometimes even more destructive, will be attempts to bring shame and humiliation to you through others. he may entice your children to take drugs or tempt a spouse to be unfaithful. Divorce, homosexuality in the family, failure at work or financial distress can all bring deep remorse . But stand strong! God is with you. He promises you: "For your (former) shame you shall have a twofold recompense; instead of dishonor and reproach your people shall rejoice in their portion; therefore in their land they shall possess double...everlasting joy shall be theirs" (Isaiah 61:7, AMP).

Beloved, know that no matter what kind of disgrace you are enduring tonight, no shame is too dark or too deep for Him to heal. He will lift you up.

Prayer

Heavenly Father, thank You for being a God of perfect mercy and truth. Your Son bore great shame and reproach, but You caused Him to triumph and I know You want me to triumph too. Grant me the strength to endure so I might have victory over shame, and reap the promised twofold reward! In Jesus' Name, Amen.
