This is indeed a most interesting find and reminds one of the finding of Jesus' supposed bones in an ossuary earlier this year.
 
The announcement about Jesus' ossuary was on 2/26/2007.
 
The announcement about Herod's tomb was on 5/7/2007.
 
The number of days between these two dates is, fittingly, 70.
 
Also we are told the place they found Herod's tomb was 7 miles from the holy city.
 
Also, if you look closely at the date they found Herod's tomb you will see  three 7's.
 
Herod was a type of AntiChrist and murdered all the young children of Bethlehem, much like we have widespread abortion in our so-called modern times.

And Herod came before Jesus the first time.
And AntiChrist has to come before Christ comes this time.
 
First they try to tell us that Jesus Christ did not rise from the dead by finding His bones in an ossuary.
Then, 70 days later,  they tell us that Herod existed.
This also reminds us of the seventy weeks in Daniel 9: 24-27.
 
Of the figure 7 Bullinger tells us that "it is seven, therefore, that stamps with perfection and completeness that in connection with which it is used".
ie 7 days to the week, seven colours to the rainbow etc.
 
Of 70, Bullinger says' "it signifies perfect spiritual order carried out with all spiritual power and significance".
