Dear sister, we are not saying that the Holy Spirit will be totally removed from the earth, but that the Christian influence in this world, due to the Spirit inhabiting us, will be removed… THAT is the restrainer.  The Spirit will of course be present on this earth… who would possibly be able to tell the Spirit of the Living God where to exist?  And as you say, the only way a person can come to faith is when the Spirit draws him or her. Once us human instruments are removed, and the Spirit takes a step back and Father Yahweh allows the Antichrist to come to power, it is because He is ready to let His plans play out, and let evil take over.
