rising more than 11 cents over the past two weeks, according to a nationwide
survey released Sunday.

Hamas: Israel will
be wiped off the map - A senior Hamas leader
in Gaza declared Monday morning that it was signed and sealed within his party
that Israel would be wiped off the map and replaced by a Palestinian State,
Israel Radio reported. He added that rockets and missiles were the means of
removing Israel from the picture.

State Of Emergency
Declared In Israel - Israel's defense minister declared a state of emergency Sunday in
Sderot, which has been under near constant rocket attack from Gaza. Minister
Amir Peretz's declaration came as a new barrage of five Qassam rockets stuck
Sderot Sunday morning. No one was reported killed or seriously injured, though
some residents were hospitalized in shock. Sderot residents called the
emergency declaration too little, too late, the Jerusalem Post
reported.

present counter-proposal to Arab peace plan - The government of Israel will
present a counter-proposal to the Arab peace initiative recently reaffirmed by
the Arab League, Vice Premier Shimon Peres said Sunday during a panel debate

Jordan.

India Set to Pass Anti-Conversion Legislation - India (MNN) -- The Hindu nationalist Bharatiya Janata Party is expected
to enact an anti-conversion law in the northern state of Uttarakhand.
Uttarakhand Chief Minister B.C. Khanduri announced his government would
introduce a law to ban "conversions with allurement or fraudulent means" in
the upcoming session of the Assembly.

In my 20 years of end-time service, I've never seen Israel
facing so many enemies at one time. Currently, the Jewish state has to keep an
eye on four fronts. In Southern Lebanon, Hezbollah has rockets aimed at Northern
