Yes, many rejoice at his passing--but let it be known that he stood for righteousness and morality, regardless of the screams and rants of those who hated his message.
 
During the days of Hiter, there was a song the Hitler Youth sang-- also with great rejoicing:
 

"We are joyous Hitler youth
We do not need any Christian virtue.
Our leader is our savior,
The pope and the rabbi shall be gone
