Fellow Americans, if we get to the true foundation of the problem, and understand the realistic measures that would be necessary to have any real effect on Iran, consider this:

1) In order to be effective, will Russian, Chinese and Arab banks be sanctioned? This would be a mandatory requirement for a real impact.

2) So far, only a small, unheard of bank which handled NK has been cut off. NK has a miniscule effect on world markets. Looks good for PR, though, and provides the illusion of new hope to so many who desperately are looking for comfort from the realities ahead.

3) The action that has been taken is the equivalent of putting a Band-Aid on a severe stomach wound.

4) To be effective, the US would have to cut contacts with the top banks, including most Japanese, French, British, German and Swiss banks.

5) All these banks launder Iranian money.

6) If all this is included in the plan, then we can influence Iran.

7) Do you seriously think we will or are capable of doing that?

8) If not, then why even bother with watered-down sanctions and actions that have no chance of achieving their aim while Iran draws closer to achieving nuclear weapons? Time is not on our side and these days of PC restrict any real action.

9) Iran's revolutionary Islamic, fundamentalist, extremist government is 100% committed to achieving nukes as soon as possible and, as they constantly say, will bomb Israel and the US (probably through a proxy). Without the nukes, they are already funding and supplying "smarter" weapons, intelligence, etc. To the Hizbollah, Hamas, Islamic Jihad, coordinated "insurgence" agents in Iraq, the West Bank, Lebanon, Afghanistan, etc. Since the Shah was overthrown in 1979, Ayatollah Khomeini defined the US as "the Great Satan" to be purged from this world so there could be "peace" in the form of a repressive, fundamentalist Islamic empire occupying the world. Mahmoud Ahmadinejad and imams demonize Israel ("the Little Satan") and the US ("the Great Satan"), blaming them for the world's problems and continuing their legacy. Remember Hitler...define your enemy, demonize them and kill them for the "purification" of society. And the new Hitler youth (the indoctrination of the children of the Moslem world to hate the West) are the new generation of the soldiers of jihad.

During a recent visit to Sudan, Ahmadinejad blamed the United States and Israel for the world's problems in a lecture to Sudanese officials and intellectuals. "Our strength and the cornerstone of the victory is in our [Muslim] unity...We have to pay attention to the devils who want to cause divisions among us," the Iranian President said.

Notice recent news reports in which Iran predictably misses yet another UN deadline while its President again tells the world about his nuclear ambitions and intentions...According to radio reports, "The train of the Iranian nation is without brakes and a rear gear," Ahmadinejad told a gathering of Islamic clerics. "We dismantled the rear gear and brakes of the train and threw them away sometime ago."

10) We are dealing with those who prefer death to life, and negotiating with a cult of death is impossible. Most Americans and Europeans don't get it.

11) As Bibi Netanyahu said, Hitler went to war and then tried obtaining nukes, whereas Iran is getting their nukes first and then will go to war.

12) Thus, without clear and effective results during this critical period (the clock keeps ticking) we will soon be in an unimaginable, horrific situation that can't be undone.

13) The endgame (after connecting the dots) is that someone MUST bomb ALL the Iranian Nuclear sites before they get their nukes.

14) It won't be the UN, Europe, the UK (the fastest growing Moslem empire) or Russia (now supplying all our enemies in the Middle East with billions of dollars worth of high-tech missiles and weapons).

15) So will it be the USA or Israel? Bush just gave Israel a green light to use Iraqi airspace for...?

17) Mahmoud Ahmadinejad was in it from the beginning as an AP photo shows, and is fulfilling his destiny. Remember the hostage crisis? He believes that Allah tells him what to do. Hard to negotiate with his Allah.

18) What is AIPAC, The USA, the good people of ths world doing to address this? Sanctions with teeth are impossible as long as Russia and China (which have veto power) are on the UN Security Council. The US won't take on the international banks.
