"Cindy, Peggy, Richard, hypoglycemia"


I, too, have hypoglycemia, and I do what Cindy recommends--2 (maybe 3 ) eggs
on getting up, plus
orange juice (which diabetics need) and keeping up 'good' food every hour or
so--fresh fruit, cheese,
milk, until my evening meal.  Have to keep it constant, for me, in order to
feel right.  Low blood sugar makes a person really tired and feeling starved
all the time.  Also, I can't recommend too highly ground flaxseed meal (that
B17 thing) and wheat germ for folic acid, fresh fruit and vegies and some kind
of protein take care of the problem for me.

But this all pales, doesn't it, in the light of Jesus coming back!
