"Regarding - Heaven Is So Real"
Hi John & All:I agree with Jim in regards to the endlessly overstated "No man knows the day or hour" scripture verse. As many have stated in the past, the verse in question does not even appear anywhere near a rapture verse, and the idea of there even being a rapture verse in the overall text in question is somewhat dubious. Not to be offensive to anyone of course. In regards to the book by Choo Thomas, entitled Heaven Is So Real (which I assume is related to the website of the same name), it is my opinion thiat it is without question a demonically influenced text.I purchased and read the book over a couple of days, and have to say that it left a significantly troubled feeling in my spirit, and made my skin crawl. In the book there are several occasions where our Lord Jesus Christ appears to both suggest and/or say things that are highly inconsistent with the Word of God, and how He spoke while living on the Earth in His first Advent. There are some obviously underlying sexual connotations within both the way in which Choo Thomas alleges that Christ has spoken with her on occasion, and the manner in which she describes His appearing to her in the dark of night in her room. As an example, in the latter part of the book, Thomas has gone into great lengths to describe His bare muscular chest, which glistens with sweat. In more than one place within the book, the alleged mannerisms and speech of our Lord gave me the impression of someone acting like a lover or boyfriend, rather than the Living God.Additionally, Thomas claims to suffer greatly in a number of night visitations within her bedroom. Our Lord is alleged to use such things as twisting of her bones (arms and legs), and other parts of her body, to teach her lessons and to allegedly give her spiritual insight. Our Lord is also alleged to use such things as levitation (an often used occurance in the demonically possessed), as well as massage-type oils rubbed into her body.None of the above is Scriptural, nor did our Lord Jesus either talk or behave this way while He lived on the Earth. There are many other problem areas in the book as well, most of which have - thank God - passed from my mind. When I finished reading this book, I immediately ripped it into shreds and threw it in the garbage (which I immediately removed from the house). Any person who has legitimately received Christ into their heart for more than a few weeks, should be able to discern the book's demonic influence.See ya in the air,Eric
Thanks, Eric. I tried to read that book several years ago and didn't finish as I was very uncomfortable with it.
The person who wrote that 07-07-07 prophecy was not Choo Thomas but after some investigation have discovered is named Henri de Beer. I e-mail him and he confirmed the information in the post. However, I registered on the Web site and discovered there is some Choo Thomas material posted.
