Shalom dear doves,What has our Lord promised?
Joh 6:37 All that the Father giveth me shall come to me;
and him that cometh to me I will in no wise cast out.Joh 6:39 And this is the Father's will which hath sent me,
that of all which he hath given me I should lose nothing,
but should raise it up again at the last day.
Heb 13:5.6
Let your conversation[life/living] be without covetousness;
and be content with such things as ye have:
for he hath said,I will never leave thee, nor forsake thee.
So that we may boldly say,
The Lord is my helper, and I will not fear what man shall do unto me.
So ... how then, does this work?
1Sa 12:22 For the LORD will not forsake his people for his great
name's sake: because it hath pleased the LORD to make you his people.Isa 54:10 For the mountains shall depart, and the hills be removed;
but my kindness shall not depart from thee, neither shall the covenant
of my peace be removed, saith the LORD that hath mercy on thee.Jer 31:33 ... I will put my law in their inward parts, and write it in
their hearts;
and will be their God, and they shall be my people.Jer 32:40,41 ... I will not turn away from them, to do them good;
but I will put my fear in their hearts, that they shall not depart from me.
Yea, I will rejoice over them to do them good ...Ho 2:23 ... I will have mercy upon her that had not obtained mercy;
and I will say to them which were not my people,Thou art my people;
and they shall say,
Thou art my God.
Ho 6:6 For I desired mercy, and not sacrifice; and the knowledge of
God more than burnt offerings.Mic 7:18 Who is a God like unto thee, that pardoneth iniquity, and
passeth by the transgression of the remnant of his heritage? he
retaineth not his anger for ever, because he delighteth in mercy.Mt 9:13 But go ye and learn what that meaneth, I will have mercy, and
not sacrifice: for I am not come to call the righteous, but sinners to
repentance.Mt 12:7 But if ye had known what this meaneth, I will have mercy, and
not sacrifice, ye would not have condemned the guiltless.Mt 23:23 Woe unto you, scribes and Pharisees, hypocrites! for ye pay
tithe of mint and anise and cummin, and have omitted the weightier
matters of the law, judgment, mercy, and faith: these ought ye to have
done, and not to leave the other undone.Ro 9:16 So then it is not of him that willeth, nor of him that
runneth, but of God that sheweth mercy.Ro 11:30 For as ye in times past have not believed God, yet have now
obtained mercy through their unbelief:
Ro 11:31 Even so have these also now not believed, that through your
mercy they also may obtain mercy.2Co 4:1 Therefore seeing we have this ministry, as we have received
mercy, we faint not;
Heb 8:8 For finding fault with them, he saith, Behold, the days come,
saith the Lord, when I will make a new covenant with the house of
Israel and with the house of Judah:Heb 8:13 In that he saith, A new covenant, he hath made the first
old. Now that which decayeth and waxeth old is ready to vanish away.Heb 12:24 ... Jesus the mediator of the new covenant, ... the blood
of sprinkling, that speaketh better things than that of Abel.
Shalom shalom,
David
