"to Peggy for Richard"
Dear Peggy,
Please know that I am praying for Richard. I too have
suffered from low blood sugar (hypoglycemia) and found that if I eat protein
like 2 boiled eggs or even just the egg whites with a small glass of milk
or chocolate soy milk in the morning right when I get up my blood sugar
stays stable all day. I make sure I limit the sugar/and high glycemic
carb intake (especially in the morning when you haven't eaten all night)
and keep the protein in my system (with protein morning snack and fruit
too) until after lunch so my sugar levels never go to high or too low but
stay normal. Both my parents are full blown diabetics so I'm teetering
on the edge of that so I know the importance of being extra careful of
what you eat.
God Bless You
Cindy
