I know your grief.  Many years ago I had a dog that was my best friend.  When she died I was deeply grieved and asked the Lord if she could go to Heaven.  Len, our dear pets DO go to Heaven!  The Lord spoke to me and told me that she was with Him!  And, later, I had a very powerful dream where I saw her come out of Heaven to visit with me.  Though she didn't talk, she understood everything that I said perfectly.
 
I have read many many testimonies of people who have seen Heaven and/or died momentarily and went there and they said they saw all of their pets.
 
Be encouraged.........your loyal friend will be waiting for you!  God saves everything that is precious to you and to Him!
