Regarding the movie about Flight 93, I would caution Patty and everyone not
to form conclusions, especially about timing and sequences, from a mere
Hollywood movie.

Authorities may have been informed that hijackings were taking place, but
no one knew the terrible intentions of the hijackers.  At that stage, based
on the little that was known, ordering the shooting down of airplanes full
of innocent passengers would have been completely irresponsible.

If the movie script reflects otherwise, one would have to wonder about the
agenda of the producers.  Of course, one doesn't have to wonder too long
about the agenda of Hollywood.

All this just feeds the conspiracy loonies, some of whom say that George W.
Bush himself orchestrated 9-11, is also planning a nuclear explosion in
Houston to kill millions, and that no airplane hit the Pentagon in spite of
solid proof otherwise and actual eyewitnesses.
