Melbourne Priest "Murdered, Held Satanic Rituals

In his statement the 56-year-old victim, who wishes to remain anonymous, gave details of at least three deaths - a young woman, a young man and a child - that occurred during the satanic rituals over a number of years.

Two victims had their throats cuts and a third was killed with an axe. Animals were also killed during the ceremonies.

Sister Margaret Ann, 71, was killed on one of the most sacred days on the Christian calendar. She was choked nearly to death, then draped with an altar cloth, transforming her body into an "altar of sacrifice," according to a Catholic priest who testified in the trial.

The killer then stabbed her nine times over the heart in the shape of an upside-down cross, removed the altar cloth, and stabbed her 22 more times.

Nun's killer used occult symbols, church expert in rituals testifies

Father Grob said after looking at crime-scene photos, he believes the killer also used Sister Margaret Ann's blood to make the sign of the cross on the victim's forehead.
