"Lull Before the Storm"

Deborah asked if anyone else felt the lull.

I wonder if it is that people are getting used to where the world is heading. In two weeks it seems most is forgotten or adjusted to anymore. If I didn't believe Christ was returning for us soon, I think I would be a little more worried about the future than is apparent with most people. The temperature of the boiling pot is increasing, but everyone is going to sleep or going to watch the DaVinci Code soon. I noticed a slightly momentous interest in my book developing in January and February, but since then interest has waned severely. What "worries" me is that the peace-at-any-price crowd reared its head concerning a nuclear Iran this week. All I know is that Iran will be a key player according to Ezekiel, so evidently we will not be changing that fact. This seems apparent.

The trouble is that everything is still being put into place setting the stage for Ezekiel 38/39. I believe we will be raptured shortly before this occurs and that this will be a huge catalyst for the enemies of Israel--it may be the final trigger. But as one American Bible teacher has said, "If we see Christmas coming, we know Thanksgiving is near." I believe the storm we are seeing formed is the storm foretold long ago, and it is intensifying with an ominous lull. I plan on missing this one. Hopefully some warning will be available from us to others as a lasting legacy.

The most fearful thing is that I thought Ezekiel 38/39 would occur in 2006/2007 while researching four years ago. To see all of this come together is mind blowing, confirming, and yet somewhat frustrating when few are reading the signs or trying to dismiss them.

In Christ,
