"A Message to all Christians"

I am not some ecological \ left wing \ Gaia lover. No I am not. But I can share this, I have seen places where people live like animals, without clean water or food to eat, or air to breath, some of the children have never even seen what is a green field or a lush green tree, or a clean fruit or even fresh rain drops.

I myself never went outdoors much, and lived a life of junk food in my teenage years, it was only after I finally saw the shores of Canada/Europe and NZ I saw the beauty of the land and was astounded that God would make such a beautiful planet. The sense of shame and regret that hit me was great, I feel ashamed of myself that I showed indifference to all the good wonderful things God has put for us to see, so many poor people deserved it more, and yet undeserving wretches like me got to see some of the best, I am humbled and I am grateful before God on his throne.

As Christians it is OUR RESPONSIBILITY, to look after what God has created. Whatever God created is good. Genesis says it. Everyone will start throwing stones at cat now after this, but cat will anyway go ahead and say what it has to say.

Most Americans and New Zealanders and Europeans etc live in one of the world’s most blessed regions, temperate cool climate, with lots of fresh rain and scenery and most of all fertile soil where there is lot of fresh fruits and vegetables and animal products. God has blessed these lands abundantly, compared to some other parts of world, where people don’t even get a handful to eat and live in a miserable hot, arid climate with diseases abound.

Environment is no longer a “left winger’s” issue or some hippie’s issue. It concerns all of us. I have seen many Christians ignore it and say “oh the earth will be destroyed and Jesus will come back so why bother, lets enjoy all we can till Jesus returns”

Answer is NO! , Jesus gave us the responsibility to be stewards of the creation, and see the best in it. Just because Adam blew it, doesn’t mean God’s creation is now evil, no. what God created is good and will remain good for eternity. Even though creation had to bear some of the effects of what Eve and Adam did, doesn’t mean we just let it rot.

Many of us here at five doves understand this, and today there is more proof of growing Christians world wide who can make an effort, cut down unwanted fuel consuming vehicles, oil Is not our right, it is a privilege God has given us, the wealth and goodness of this planet is to always share and help the less unfortunate, if Christians don’t do this, communists and Gaia worshippers will get their way, so rather than let them do this, let us take the responsibility.

Plant as many trees if you can in your life time, so many people are born blind in this world that cant see the outside world or the beauty of what God has made,  this isn’t a “sissy” thing, even the most “macho” of all men will collapse and rot in the earth if they don’t get fresh air to breath or fruits to eat. From Dust men came and to dust men shall return, this is God’s word. We have a soul, and we will stand before God to answer for every action and word we uttered, every indifference we may have shown, every responsibility we may have avoided. Fresh fruits and vegetables and healthy meat, and grain should be encouraged among the young children, and a respect not to litter and trash around, and to RECYCLE, create a special box in your house, that you may put used cans and bottles, cut down on plastic.

Let us not live in this planet thinking “Oh I am God’s child, so God has opened the riches of earth for me to enjoy and plunder”   NO, it is a PRIVILIGE, that our Heavenly Father has given us, so that we use the wealth and resources wisely to help fellow men in need. And finally Cat prays, that HYDROGEN as a clean fuel for cars and electricity gets more perfected either now or in the millennium to come.

And Today I am pleased, as this link just strengthens things more

http://news.bbc.co.uk/2/hi/business/4534079.stm

The fact, that there is enough land on earth for each person to have their own house and wine yard, enough clean water on earth for each person, enough food on earth to feed each person alive to their full.

And yet, we live in a world, where more than 2/3 of the people live in miserable conditions. This is an outrage. And Yet Christ came to die for us and saw the need to save us even when we plundered and mocked his planet and our lives that he made with his own two hands, the very two hands that got crucified to a wooden cross cut from a tree that he himself made.
